Can I use it today?
Not yet. We're building it now, with testers running real group trips on it from November 2026. Join the waitlist to hear first.
Do you store my travelers' card or passport numbers?
No. Card payments go through Stripe, straight into your own Stripe account. We never see or store card numbers, and we don't collect passport numbers.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only if you want travelers to pay online. You can connect your own Stripe account in a few minutes, or log checks and bank transfers by hand.
Do you hold my travelers' payments?
No. Deposits and final payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on your account's normal schedule. GroupSlate never touches or holds that money.
I work under a host agency. Can I still use it?
Yes. It's built for independent advisors, including those with a host agency. You keep your own client list and branding.
What if I pre-order and change my mind?
Email us before launch and we'll refund your $19 in full. If we don't ship by December 31, 2026, we refund everyone automatically.
